Noshaba Anbreen

Biography

As an assistant professor in Education at the University of Birmingham Dubai, Noshaba supports prospective and early career teachers in critically exploring the relationship between pedagogy, policy and practice as the programme lead of the DfE accredited iQTS teacher training programmes. Noshaba has also worked with teachers in the UAE, UK, Pakistan, Qatar, Malawi and Malaysia and has a particular interest in innovating teacher training through digital education. As Academic Digital lead at the Dubai campus, Noshaba has supported faculty in continuous professional development of digital skills to support the delivery of accessible and inclusive learning experiences. She is currently pursuing a PhD exploring Digital pedagogy in Teacher Education and has research interests which include STEM teacher training, Teacher Digital Competency and Digital Literacy.
