Jenna Mercury

Biography

Jenna received her Masters of Science Education (K-8) from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. She’s dedicated over 15 years of teaching science and math in the classroom in Boston, Massachusetts. Jenna served on her district’s Science Curriculum Review Board to evaluate and redesign the curriculum standards to ensure their alignment with national and state expectations. Jenna entered the EdTech world in 2014, as an Educational Specialist at Science4Us.com (K-2) where she developed curriculum, mapped out standard alignments, designed and implemented professional development experiences for global educators, and attended and presented at conferences. Now starting her third year as a Content Specialist at ExploreLearning, she supports the sales team as they introduce highly engaging STEM programming to their regions and presents sessions on K-8 science content at conferences. She has presented topics ranging from math and science to literacy and social media at FETC, TCEA, NCTM and ISTE among others.
