Biography

A firm believer in life-long education, after qualifying as a mathematics teacher Benjamin has continued to study and is now completing his Doctorate with a focus on school policies and mental health.

Benjamin is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching. Benjamin is a member of the UK All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for the Teaching Profession which brings together members of parliament with representatives of organisations working in the education sector. He is a facilitator for the National Professional Qualification courses and also accredits schools for British Schools Overseas.

A two-times Guinness World Record holder, Benjamin also holds all three Duke of Edinburgh Awards and has climbed the tallest mountains in England, Scotland, and Wales in under 24 hours. His favourite cheese is Wensleydale with cranberries and this is his twelfth year as a school leader in Dubai.
